What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology may be defined as a monitoring system. In the hands of a capable practitioner the muscles can be used as instruments of feed back to determine where there may be blockages of energy in the body. Hypothetically speaking blocked energy left unaddressed and not resolved will result in some level of  dis-ease then possible deterioration of health, possibly resulting in stress and anxiety, and/or other symptoms of disease. The blockages in question can then be investigated as to why they are present, and then an option of a number of clearing techniques are then applied to get the energy flowing again. This type of Kinesiology covers many of the modalities or types of Kinesiology available.

My understanding presents Kinesiology as a direct pathway to a level, or the part of the human being that is beyond the conscious mind i.e. High Self. Hence, through the muscle monitoring process, a skillful practitioner is able to ask questions of the High Self that when answered can give awareness and support to the client in their life.
